Flood Victims Start Pluit Attacked Disease


JAKARTA - Floods that hit the region Pluit, North Jakarta, has entered the fifth day. Until now, many victims to adult children who have started developing the disease.


"We've checked the 1193 patients starting on Saturday, and we have yet to find a single patient infected with leptospirosis or rat urine result," said Kostrad Yonkes One member, Master Sergeant Putu Edi Sutawijaya, Tuesday (22/01/2013).

According to him, none of the patients who suffer from diseases caused by rat urine. "We believe that the disease does not exist, because none of the patients showed symptoms of the disease. No symptoms of seizures, after all, if there were attacked we would definitely recommend the hospital," he added.

Citizens, said Edi, only suffering from skin diseases. "They often complain of itching all over his body, or flushed skin," he said.

In addition, continued Edi, most of the flood victims suffering from coughs, colds, diarrhea and ARI (Upper Respiratory Infection). "Many are asking treated well, but not our data. Just the usual, just dizzy, we love vitamin C alone," he concluded.
