Postal Workers Erect Java MSE Complaint
SURABAYA, KOMPAS.com - Workers in five areas in East Java industrial solid post complaints established minimum wage districts / cities (MSEs) to accommodate the complaints of workers who are paid according to the applicable standards of MSEs.
Presidium of the Council of Labor Workers Indonesia (MPBI) East Java, Jamaludin said, this post was set up to receive reports of MSEs are suspended. "If there are companies that violate MSE but did not take the suspension, then we will sue," said Jamaludin, Wednesday (01/16/2013).
He explained that the post was also a form of denial of workers against companies that seek injunctive MSEs to the Manpower and Transmigration, Population Java. Because, so far most companies include filing via the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo) Java. In fact, the filing delay MSEs should be done by the company itself without going through the association.
"We ask Disnakertransduk to firmly reject a company like this," said Jamaludin.
East Java Governor Soekarwo has set MSEs in East Java with an average increase of 38 percent from last year's wages. Determination highest MSE in Surabaya and Gresik is Rp 1.74 million.
