Chairman of House Commission IX, Rebekah Tjibtaning urged President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to intervene the case of rape of Indonesian Workers (TKI) in Malaysia. He believes such cases will continue to recur if SBY does not expressly address the harassment case.
"It will otherwise of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, will continue to repeat. Supposedly, there seruang crush Malaysia. Since this is obviously really, have trampled pride of the nation, "said Rebekah.

It in fact, wanted to call the relevant ministries to immediately discuss the case. However, because of the recess and convoluted bureaucracy, discussions abuse case workers will be waged on Monday next week.

"If you do not have recess today we call government. Complicated bureaucracy, ya tomorrow early session Monday, at 2:00 we will be meeting, "he said.

He admitted that not much can be expected from the discussion anatar the House of Representatives and pemeritah. Because, according to him of the cases that have been discussed between the parliament and the government are still many cases that continue to afflict workers abroad. Therefore, the PDI-P politician that SBY urged to intervene and act firmly against Malaysia.

"It takes assertiveness SBY, has tarnished the nation, let alone the tarnished self-esteem and that workers abusing judicial Malaysia, there should be a firm stand, breaking diplomatic relations. Parliament and the government agreed to a moratorium but still again there is persecution, "he added.

"We do not understand, moratorium workers already, but 5000 still sent, if mentally still touts yes keep going on like this, the president must have the courage, the ground was already diakuin Malaysia, batik diakuin, TKI discounted.
