Tangerang Labor Department Urges Work on System Outsourcing Company

Manpower Tangerang give six months to companies that use outsourcing system to raise their workers into permanent employees.

This was done following the outsourcing system reform in the city of Tangerang which refers to Act No. 13 of 2003 of the Ministry of Manpower (Manpower) a few days ago.

"The Company is required to make corrections outsourcing system in accordance with the applicable law, I give up to six months, according to a circular from the Ministry of Manpower," said Manpower Chief Abduh Surahman Tangerang City, Saturday (11/17/2012).

Abduh described the intended improvement is revamping the system, where there are rules governing law firm outsourcing allowed to use force and what does not.
          
The position of the permitted use of outsourcing or outsourcing services include service or business cleaning services (cleaning service), a provider of food for the workers or laborers (cathering) power supply security (security), supporting services in the mining and oil companies, as well as worker transportation providers.

"Actually, it is clearly stipulated in Law No. 13 of 2003, with this notice in order to further reinforce the outsourcing companies do not use force on the core workforce," he said.

Abduh also said it would conduct surveillance and monitoring of direct keperusahaan companies in Tangerang, is there any companies that hire workers remain stubborn to the core (core) was transferred to outsourcing it to impose sanctions.

"If there are stubborn, I give sanction. But again I give it 6 months for this reform, please used as possible," he concluded.
