2012 MA over 382 download Thousand Decisions, From Zero Files PN in Jakarta


Jakarta - Throughout the year 2012 382 137 uploaded Directory Supreme Court decisions from all courts in Indonesia. Unfortunately, the District Court (PN) in Jakarta had never even publish its decision at all in 2012 ago.

"The total number of decisions published in the Directory verdict until the end of 2012 totaled 382,137 verdict. Number increased 91.16 per cent of the amount released in the year 2011, amounting to 122,633 verdict," reports the website of the Supreme Court (MA), Wednesday (9 / 1/2013).
Each month, the average number of published decisions amounted to 19 535 files. The number of decisions that most published in June, which amounted to 24 365 decisions.
"Of the total 382,137 verdict terunggah, most uploaded by a court decision in the religious courts as much as 282,880 verdict, then successively as many as 42,596 of the Supreme Court judgment, the General Court decisions as much as 38,427, as many as 4866 Military Justice ruling, and Justice TUN 2720 decision, "he said.
Unfortunately, tens of thousands of such decisions, even in Jakarta PN never upload any decision. When AFP tried to visit the website www.putusan.mahkamahagung.go.id, South Jakarta District Court ruling last uploaded on 22 November 2011.
The West Jakarta District Court last upload verdict on March 20, 2011, the Central Jakarta District Court last upload verdict on May 13, 2011, in East Jakarta District Court last upload verdict on 18 November 2011 and the North Jakarta District Court ruling last upload at 18 October 2011.
Just a note, in mid-December 2012, MA has received funding of USD 19 million from the United States. The project is valued at USD 19 million under the US-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership that aims to strengthen democracy, encourage greater prosperity and increase mutual understanding for both Indonesia and the U.S. in Asia.
"This updated version will provide additional automation tools to strengthen management at both PN and increase transparency to the public and the Supreme Court," said Hatta Ali when menandatangangi cooperation with the Mission Director, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for Indonesia, Andrew Sisson.
