A total of 347 inmates to Jabar Christmas Remission
Lahore - A total of 347 inmates in West Java have discounts jail term or a special remission on Christmas Day, December 25 medatang. Of 347 inmates get remission, 5 of which can even be directly breathe free air.
It was announced by the Head Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights I Wayan Kusmiantha Dusak Jabar told reporters at his office, Jalan Jakarta, Thursday (20/12/2012).
"At Christmas in 2012 was 347 inmates to special remission. Remission granted to those who are Christians," said Dusak.
He said the total inmates in Jabar currently numbers around 13 thousand. "That does not include inmates in prison," he said.
Of 347 inmates get remission, 195 of whom are inmates of public affairs, while another 152 cases are included in the PP 28 in 2006.
As we all know PP 28 of 2006 regulating inmate terrorism, narcotics and psychotropic substances, corruption, crimes against state security and human rights violations are heavy, and transnational organized crime.
One of them is entrepreneur Darianus Lungguk Sitorus previously convicted for illegal logging cases, and corruption. He got a piece for 1 month.
"The most able remission is in prison IA Class Bekasi where there are 70 people who can remission," said Dusak.
Most pieces are given for 2 months. And at least 15 days depending on the period of detention and other assessments.
