Warehouse Death That Built Without Permission
MAKASSAR, KOMPAS.com - Warehouse crash that killed four workers were building in Makassar on Saturday (12/08/2012) and it did not have permission. Similarly revealed Deputy Director Legal Aid Institute (LBH) Haswandy Makassar. Supposedly, the police have set a suspect in the case. "It should have no suspects in this incident because there were four deaths and two injuries," he said.
According to him, the suspect could be charged under Article negligence resulting in death. "Especially in this development did not come with documents to build a building," he explained.
Meanwhile, Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim visible) Makassar Polrestabes Assistant Commissioner of Police (AKBP) Hima Sugeha confirmed, the investigation team is still steeped in the alleged negligence.
