Ban Illegal Origin Malaysia Circulated in London


BANDUNG, KOMPAS.com - Team Supervision of Integrated Supply (TPBB), which consists of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, National Police Criminal Investigation and the Department of Trade and Industry in collaboration with the Province of West Java, Bandung Trade and Industry, found the vehicle tires without Registration Number Item (NPB) during a surprise inspection (Sidak) outstanding products both food and non food in Bandung, West Java, on Friday (21/12).

According to the Directorate of Supply of Goods and Consumer Protection Directorate General of Standards and Trade Ministry Inayat Iman, tires that do not meet the legal requirements were known to originate from Malaysia. The tires were found in the Kebon Jukut, Bandung.
"Then we'll make clarifications importer, if the ban is illegal or enter Indonesia without customs clearance. We will investigate as soon as possible," he said when met Inayat Kompas.com after doing Sidak Palm Hotel, Bandung.

"We've managed to secure a number of food and non food products from the Sidak in several markets in Bandung. We will check with the research whether these products meet the standards or not. Later results will be known next three weeks," he concluded.
