Jakarta - Selection
of Candidates for Supreme Court
Justice (CHA) is currently being
conducted by the Judicial Commission (KY). After undergoing selection
in KY the CHA
will undergo fit and proper test. Commission III partners as well as
selectors said they will trace the track record or
a track record of judges seriously.
