According to him, the mafia projects often play within the police is among employers who do well in collusion with corrupt executive and legislative branches. "As procurement package 20 horses worth Rp10 billion, procurement of ships and weapons Rp85 billion, 90 dogs procurement package worth Rp18 billion and sensing equipment package and law enforcement worth Rp 606 billion," he explained.

Worse, said Neta, procurement projects that promote products overseas. Not in conformity with the instructions of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) to make savings by proposing to use the product in the country. Related to that, IPW also urged the Police to cancel projects that use foreign products and make projects more sense and really needed the ranks of the police.
