Ask Unison elections, Effendi Gazali Sues Election Law

In his petition, Effendi thought that the election presidential and vice presidential elections held after the Parliament, Council, and Parliament contrary to paragraph 1 of Article 22E of the 1945 Constitution. "Should the funds be used to meet the constitutional rights of other citizens," he said at the Constitutional Court building, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
