Tender Toll-field Kualanamu Constrained Land Acquisition
VIVAnews - The government has closed deals to include pre-qualification tender documents for the construction of toll roads-Kualanamu Medan on December 20, 2012. For the 17.8 kilometer toll road that there are four consortia that filed pre-qualification documents.
Furthermore, the government took two months to evaluate and see who wins.
Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), Achmad Gani Ghazali, said the toll roads to it, it was still awaiting land acquisition carried out by the Directorate General of Highways Ministry of Public Works.

Gani said the land acquisition is entirely in Highways and BPJT just waiting completeness, in order to hold a tender requirements are met.
There are four consortia which have submitted pre-qualification documents for any of the Trans Sumatra's toll roads. They are a consortium of PT SP Road and King Persada, state consisting of PT Jasa Marga Tbk, PT Waskita Karya Tbk, and PT Hutama Work, PT Bangun Cipta Sarana, as well as a consortium of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk and Egys.
Meanwhile, for the Serpong toll-Balaraja, Gani said, the same process should also be passed. Until now, BPJT not received a report on the toll road land acquisition process initiated by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.
For this highway, the company is PT Citra Marga filed Nusaphala Persada Tbk, a consortium of investors from India, SP Road and PT King Persada. Furthermore, there is a consortium of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Astratel Nusantara and PT Karya Transindo Investama. Last is a consortium formed by PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk Korean builder.
