Determine MA Vice Chairman, Commission III: Select That Can Keep Honorary MA
Jakarta - The Supreme Court (MA) today will elect a Vice Chief Justice following the retirement of judicial fields Abdul Kadir Mappong January. Chairman of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Gede Pasek Suardika, expect MA can elect people who can keep the manliness MA.
"In principle, they already know the condition MA today as what and what to do, so how to keep marwahnya as noble and glorious," said commission chairman Suardika III Gede Pasek told AFP on Wednesday (02/13/2013).
According to him, the House of Representatives Commission III will not interfere in the selection process of vice-chairman of the Supreme Court which will be held today. MA by Pasek, already know who are become the deputy chief justice's judicial field.
"We leave it to them (MA), for those who know who deserves to lead their own. Therefore please only specify the best choice, we are not going to wake up some opinions," said Democratic politicians.
"We commission III will support and help from the budget, policy, along no sincerity and no improvement in the Supreme Court," he continued.
Pasek said, MA will be risking the image of the institution in selecting a vice chief justice. If it turns out that elected leaders will actually problematic, then of course the so-called image of MA will conduct internal restructuring could return smears.
"If it turns out the chosen later can not fulfill their duty as a noble grand and glorious, would not want the prestige of MA will drop. Therefore do not bet, chose to be with ideliasme and spirit," said Pasek.
MA will hold elections for Deputy Chief Justice of the judicial field this morning. Vice-MA will be determined through a selection process conducted by 43 judges. Election was held closed with 1 person 1 vote. The selection is in line with the retirement of Abdul Kadir Mappong since late January.
