Not Accept sentenced to 7.5 year, Amran Batalipu Direct Appeal


Jakarta - Former Regent Buol, Amran Batalipu, sentenced to 7 years and 6 months imprisonment by the Corruption Court. Amran directly related to an appeal of the decision.


"Glorious assembly, we agreed with my attorney to appeal," said Amran briefly at the Corruption Court, Jl HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Monday (11/02/2013).

In addition to corporal punishment, Amran also asked to pay a fine of Rp 300 million. If you are not able to pay after the verdict judgment, punishment will Amran plus six months in jail.

Amran is considered guilty of violating Article 12 letter a Corruption Act. Maximum threat in this article is 20 years in prison.
