Stimulating the U.S. Economy Will Continue
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com-Central Bank of the United States, the Federal Reserve, will still do stimulate the economy of the country.
As expressed by the Deputy of the Fed, Janet Yellen, it is done with respect the slow recovery of the U.S. economy relative failed to create a continuous progress in labor.
In a statement quoted by the research team Investindo Futures Monex in Jakarta, Tuesday (12/02/2013), Yellen is considered as a possible successor Ben Bernanke next year, it will focus on the part of weak economic expansion, namely labor.
"Manpower gap between the maximum and very difficult conditions faced by workers today describes the business needs of the Federal Reserve now to strengthen the recovery," said Yellen.
Yellen blame the U.S. budget policy is erratic as a point of weakness in the recovery.
"We have taken decisive steps, and will continue to do so to accelerate the pace of economic growth and job creation," he said.
However, U.S. stocks closed lower in thin trading session yesterday as investors still anxious amid lack of catalysts following the recent rally that helped the S & P 500 ended the week rising to sixth.
With the recent Dow rally held around 14.000, some analysts see the possibility of whether the market consolidates to be pushed up or will be corrected.
